ease and simplicity of the camera. Last night was the first
I had no intention of trying to capture fireworks this year, but I passed
by my family room window at dusk and saw the full moon rising in the
eastern sky. So, again I set up the tripod on the deck and captured
some awesome moon shots (to be posted later). Then the residual,
residential fireworks appeared. I quickly changed lenses and adjusted the
shooting mode to "fireworks"and waited.....
I did learn a lot and I'll be better prepared next time they light up
the night sky. ENJOY!

Those are nice shots! I'm looking forward to the moon shots, too.
I think you did a good job capturing the fireworks.
Fireworks taken are difficult shots.
I try to use my Nikon D80: it´s so hard to learn how to take good shots!!
Luiz Ramos
you captured the fun and I adore the post before this one
You have done better with your firework shots than I ever did. I shall have to practice. Thanks for posting.
These are extraordinary. God bless.
Good job I always try it and it is really hard
You did and excellent job on these, with some interesting images. Fireworks are one of the hardest images to get so give yourself a pat on the back.
You might want to check out an old firework post of mine.
